Make plans to visit California Culinary Academy. The admissions office is open Monday through Saturday and tours are given daily so you can schedule a personal information session and tour of the Academy.
Admissions Requirements*
- Proof of high school graduation or a General Educational Development certificate (GED), or its equivalence
- Completion of the Academy Application Form with an administrative fee.
- Pass entrance exam

International Students: Prepare for a career in culinary arts or hospitality at CCA!
For admission to the Academy, international applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Admission criteria that is the same as U.S. citizens
- High School/secondary school transcripts accompanied by English translation
- Submission of Financial statements
- English language proficiency*
*Students whose native language is not English may be required to take the Test of English as Foreign Language (TOEFL) with a minimum score of 173 on the computer-based TOEFL, 500 on the paper based TOEFL, or demonstrate English proficiency through other measures established by the College.
